Upon returning to the ranch, you will be greeted with live western music and the aroma of a chuck-wagon BBQ. Enjoy the desert sunset and expansive mountains from one of the finest viewpoints in the Coachella Valley. The evening continues with a choice of activities including a barn dance (with easy-to-learn steps and lessons provided), outdoor games, live music, and a delicious BBQ Dinner complete with all the fixings. Our menu typically includes mouthwatering options like slow cooked Brisket or Tri-tip, BBQ Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Country Coleslaw, Cowboy Beans, and Fresh Breads. To satisfy your sweet tooth, indulge in warm apple pie topped with whipped cream. Conclude the evening by dancing or simply gathering around a glowing campfire, roasting marshmallows under the starry sky!

This option offers the same thrilling tour experience as the Covered Wagon Adventure with BBQ, but without dinner. After the tour is completed and the wagon returns to the ranch, you are welcome to stay and have some fun with the ranch activities. Enjoy the live music, libations, picturesque sunset views, barn dancing and play games like horseshoes, corn hole & roping. Customize your experience to suit your preferences!

Covered Wagon Dinner

Our guests say it’s more enjoyable than dining out at a restaurant……again!

Join us at the ranch before the wagons return! You can partake in refreshments, engage in on-site property games, and socialize with your friends. As soon as the wagons come back, live western music will commence. Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere, the beautiful sunset, music and perhaps even join in on a barn dance! You are welcome to sit at tables that are inside the warmed Desert Barn or outside on the Sonoran Patio.

When the dinner triangle rings, it's time to head over to the scrumptious BBQ Dinner complete with all the trimmings. Our typical menu includes options like Brisket or Tri-tip, BBQ Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Country Coleslaw, Cowboy Beans, and Freshly Baked Breads. If you prefer vegetarian options, just let us know in advance upon reserving. For dessert, we serve warm seasonal pie topped with whipped cream. To cap off the evening, gather around a cozy campfire, roast marshmallows, and enjoy the starry sky!
